Its about time I revealed myself - I'm Rob. A bit like Tom off MySpace, sometimes things I put up aren't actually put up by me. Also, unlike Tom from MySpace, I have a surname: its 'Scott'. Mixing classic with contemporary is the dark art of the mashup artist. LeDuxe has pulled off something of a coup here by mashing “5th Symphony” with Ciara and Missy Elliot’s “Work”.

These Cosmic Dawn remixes are generally high quality – and this remix of Rihanna’s Rude Boy is no different, though Rihanna’s lyrics are a little bit ’strip club’ – as is this upbeat tempo.

Paloma Faith have been well remixed in the past year or so, and this Cahill revibe of Upside Down is no different: makes for a perfectly passable track for the middle of a set. In certain circumstances.
