Seeing as there would be too many dance bootleg versions of this track, a candlelight version of the Britney Spears track, “Hold It Against Me,” was required by the Mixmaster. Enjoy this mashup!

NOTE: This track is currently in ROUGH EDIT status because of the slight noise on this track from the artifacts of the self-made acapella. The ROUGH EDIT status will be removed once a studio acapella can be obtained. I will make a comment to confirm this, and replace the Soundcloud track posted with the final version.

Britney Spears is back with a vengeance. Hold It Against Me has already broken US radio airplay records, and will soon break others given the massiveness of this hit. It is a brilliant dance track by itself.

The Mixmaster quickly realized that based on the number of bootleg mixes of this song already being made, it would not be smart to make a dance mashup without being original and making a candlelight one instead.

Just how unique is this idea? This is the FIRST candlelight mashup that the Mixmaster has ever done, as well as one of the FIRST mashups of this song ever created that is NOT dance-based.

Let there be dance. Let there be DJs. Let there be dance-based sets. Finally, let there be closure to these sets, and let this be the mashup to do just that. And as Aesop said, slow and steady wins the race.

It is great to hear the amazing feedback that I’ve been receiving both from Remix.vg as well as from countless Britney and Rihanna fans on this release worldwide.

I would like to finally announce that this song is NO LONGER IN ROUGH EDIT status and there is a Youtube link that goes directly to the OFFICIAL FINAL VERSION. The final version uses a studio acapella and features higher quality audio.
